BY-LAW NUMBER 2938
A By -Law to amend Zoning By -Law Number 1994, as amended.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg
deems it advisable to amend By -Law Number 1994, as amended.
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg, enacts as follows:
That Schedule "A" to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, is hereby amended by
changing to "R2" the zone symbol of the lands so designated "R2" on Schedule "A"
attached hereto.
2. This By -Law comes into force in accordance with Sections 34(21) and (30) of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
READ a first and second time this 12th day of June 2000.
READ a third time and finally passed this 12th day of June 2000.

BY-LAW NUMBER 2938
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of By -Law Number 2938 is to rezone lands located at Lots 1 to 19
(inclusive) and Lots 29 to 38 (inclusive), Registered Plan 41M-170, in the Town of
Tillsonburg from 'Residential First Density (R1)" to 'Residential Second Density (R2)" to
permit additional low density residential uses and different zone provisions. The subject
property is owned by MGI (The Links) Inc.
The Municipal Council, after conducting the public hearing necessary to consider any
comments to the proposed change in zone designation, approved By -Law
Number 2 93 8 . The public hearing was held on June 12, 2000.
