A BY-LAW to appoint Deputy Mayor's for the Council Term 2001 to 2003
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg wishes to appoint Deputy Mayors
for the Council term 2001 to 2003.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg does hereby appoint elected Town of
Tillsonburg Councillors as Deputy Mayors for the terms as listed in Schedule "A"
attached hereto.
2. The position of Deputy Mayor shall act as Acting Mayor and shall have the same
Corporate authority in the absence of the Mayor.
3. THAT this By -Law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of enactment.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME, PASSED, SIGNED, SEALED
AND NUMBERED 2956 THIS 8" DAY OF JANUARY, 2001.

Law 2956, and extending until the end of the term of Council in the year 2003, in the
following sequence:
