BY-LAW 3080
A BY-LAW to Appoint A Municipal Auditor.
WHEREAS Section 296 (3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, provides authority for
municipalities to appoint a municipal auditor for a term not to exceed five years.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg now deems
it necessary to appoint an Auditor for the fiscal year 2003.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT effective January 1, 2003, Douglas R.W. Slade, C.A., Public
Accounting License No. 11243 of the firm Millard, Rouse and Rosebrugh,
Chartered Accountants is hereby appointed as the Municipal Auditor for the
Town of Tillsonburg for the fiscal year 2003.
2. THAT the appointment shall be reviewed annually and this By-law shall be
amended or repealed accordingly.
3. THAT By-law 3011 is hereby repealed.

Read a third time and finally passed this 27th day of October, 2003.
