BY-LAW NUMBER ,
A By -Law to amend Zoning By -Law Number 1994, as amended.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg
deems it advisable to amend By -Law Number 1994, as amended.
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg, enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, is hereby amended by
changing to D and C2 the zone symbol of -the lands so designated D and C2 on
Schedule "A" attached hereto.
2. This By -Law comes into force in accordance with Sections 34(21) and (30) of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
READ a first and second time this 8th day of March 2004.
READ a third time and finally passed this 8th day of M ch 2004.

The amendment
would allow for a motor vehicle dealership to be constructed on the lot to
be severed and maintain the retained lands for the future development of a residential plan
of subdivision. The subject property is owned by Andy Jacko Farms Limited.
