A by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement with Darryl Sittler Skate
Centres 4.
WHEREAS it is expedient to enter into an agreement with Darryl Sittler Skate
Centres 4.
AND WHEREAS Section 8 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, CHAPTER 25
allows a municipality to enter into an agreement to enable them to enhance
their ability to respond to municipal issues, 2001 c.25, s. 9(1).
NOW THEREFORE, The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg,
enacts as follows:
1. That an agreement be entered into by The Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg with Darryl Sittler Skate Centres 4 to lease space on a in
the arena for the delivery of the services of a pro shop for a period of
three years.
2. That the agreement be as set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto and
forming part of this by-law.
3. That the Mayor and the Clerk be authorized to enter into the agreement
on behalf of the Corporation.
4. That this by-law becomes effective as of the date of the final passing
hereof.
