3217 To amend Zoning By-Law Number 1994 east side of rolph street. : between bear street and wolf streetTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 3z�7 A By -Law to amend Zoning By -Law Number 1994, as amended. WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it advisable to amend By -Law Number 1994, as amended. THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg, enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule "A" to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, is hereby amended by changing to R1-23 the zone symbols of the lands so designated R1-23 on Schedule "A" attached hereto. 2. That Section 6.3 to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, is hereby amended by adding the following subsections at the end thereof: "6.3.26 LOCATION: LOT 814, PLAN 500, EAST SIDE OF ROLPH STREET, BETWEEN BEAR STREET AND WOLF STREET, (R1-23) 6.3.26.1 Notwithstanding any provision of By -Law Number 1994 to the contrary, no person shall within any R1-23 Zone use any lot, or erect, alter or use any building or structure for any purpose except the following: all uses permitted in Section 6.1, and a parking lot accessory to the Tillsonburg Hospital. 6.3.26.2 Notwithstanding any provision of By -Law Number 1994 to the contrary, no person shall within any R1-23 Zone shall use any lot, or erect, alter or use any building or structure except in accordance with the following provisions: 6.3.26.2.1 FRONT YARD SETBACK FOR A PARKING LOT: Minimum: 6.0 m (19.7 ft) 6.3.26.2.2 REAR YARD SETBACK FOR A PARKING LOT: Minimum: 5.5 m (18.0 ft) The Corporation of the Town of Tiilsonburg Bir -Law Number Page 2 6.3.26.2.3 INTERIOR SIDE YARD SETBACK FOR A PARKING LOT: Minimum: 1.0 m (3.3 ft) 6.3.26.2.4 WIDTH OF PARKING SPACE: Minimum: 2.75 m (9.0 ft) 6.3.26.2.5 LANDSCAPED OPEN SPACE: Minimum: 23% 6.3.26.3. That all other provisions of the R1 Zone in Section 6.2 to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, shall apply, and further that all other provisions of By - Law Number 1994, as amended, that are consistent with the provisions herein contained shall continue to apply "mutatis mutandis". 3. This By -Law comes into force in accordance with Sections 34(21) and (30) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
