BY-LAW 3247
A By -Law to rename a road allowance in the Town of Tillsonburg.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg
deems it necessary to change the name of that section of Ridge Boulevard
as shown on Plan 41 M-232 as deposited in the Land Registry Office of the
Land Titles Division of the County of Oxford to " Wood Haven Drive".
THEREFORE be it resolved that the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. That Ridge Boulevard as shown on Plan 41 M-232 as deposited in
the Land Registry Office of the Land Titles Division of the County
of Oxford be changed to Wood Haven Drive.
2. That this name change is done pursuant to Section 27 of the
Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25.
