A BY—LAW to close part of First Street.

WHEREAS It is deemed necessary
and expedient to close part of First Street, Plan 500, being
Part 1 on Reference Plan 41 R-5744 in the Town of Tillsonburg.

egress to and from his/her lands.
AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 34 (I)of The Municipal Act, 2001 S.O. 2001, Chapter 25,
this Corporation is empowered to close road allowances.
AND WHEREAS the provisions of Notice By-law 3041 were followed in advertising the
potential closing of this part of First Street.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED b the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
THAT Part of First Street, g
Plan 500 being Part 1 on Reference Plan 41R-5744 is hereby

2. THIS by-law shall take effect on registration hereof in the Registry Division for the
County of Oxford (No. 41).
3. THAT the Mayor and y
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary documents to
implement such road opening and closing.
