BY-LAW NUMBER 3443
A BY-LAW to provide for advance votes to be held prior to Voting Day.
WHEREAS Section 43(1) of the Municipal Act, 1996 provides that a municipal council
shall pass a by-law establishing one or more dates for an advance vote, and the hours
during which voting places shall be open on that date or dates;
NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Advance votes for the 2010 municipal election shall be held on the following dates
and locations and during the following hours:
Hours: 9:a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday, October 18, 2010 - Customer Service Centre
Tuesday, October 19, 2010 - Customer Service Centre
Wednesday, October 20, 2010 - Baldwin Place Recreation Centre
Thursday, October 21, 2010 - Hickory Hills Recreation Centre
Friday, October 22, 2010 - Customer Service Centre
Hours 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 23, 2010 - Customer Service Centre
2. This by-law shall come into effect upon enactment of Council.
