A By -Law to amend By -Law Number 3361
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it
advisable to amend By -Law Number 3361.
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg, enacts
as follows:
That DEFINITION No. (11) be amended and such definition be replaced with the following
text:
"Dwelling"' or "Dwelling unit" means any part of a building or structure with a room or suite of
rooms used, or designed or intended for use by, one person or persons living together, in which
sanitary facilities are provided for the exclusive use of such person or persons and in which a
separate kitchen may or may not be provided.
AND WHEREAS this by-law shall come into effect upon enactment of Council.
