BY-LAW NO. 3457
A BY-LAW to close part of Coon Alley.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to close part of Coon Alley, Plan
500, abutting Lots 851 & 852, in the Town of Tillsonburg.
AND WHEREAS the effect of this by-law will not deprive any person of means of
ingress and egress to and from his/her lands.
AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 34 (1) of The Municipal Act, 2001 S.O. 2001,
Chapter 25, the Corporation is empowered to close road allowances.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Ti I Ison bu rg as follows:
1. THAT Part of Coon Alley, Plan 500, abutting Lots 851 & 852 in the Town of
Ti I Ison bu rg, as shown on Schedule '"A" attached, is hereby closed.
2. THIS by-law shall take effect on registration hereof in the Registry
Division for the County of Oxford (No. 41).
3. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary
documents to implement such road closing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 12th DAY OF October, 2010.
