BY-LAW NUMBER 3528
A By-Law to amend Zoning By-Law Number 3295, as amended.
WHEREAS, Section 36(1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, provides the
authority to remove the Holding Symbol (H) by amendment to the by-law originally
imposing it;
AND WHEREAS, County/Town staff have provided written confirmation that they
are satisfied their concerns have been adequately addressed;
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg, enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to By-Law Number 3295, as amended, is hereby
amended by changing to 'R1-11' the zone symbol of the lands so designated
IR1-11J on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
2. This By-Law shall come into force and take effect on the day of the final
passing thereof.
