BY-LAW NUMBER 3814
A BY-LAW to provide for advance votes to be held prior to Voting Day.
WHEREAS Section 43(1) of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 provides that a municipal
council shall pass a by-law establishing one or more dates for an advance vote, and the
hours during which voting places shall be open on that date or dates;
NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Advance votes for the 2014 Municipal Election shall be held on the following dates and
locations and during the following hours:

October 11, 2014 Tillsonburg Town Centre Mall (Thanksgiving Weekend) 1 :00 pm-7:00 pm
October 14, 2014 Baldwin Place Recreation Centre 10:00 am -6:00 pm
October 17, 2014 Hickory Hills Recreation Centre 10:00 am -6:00 pm
October 18, 2014 Tillsonburg Town Centre Mall 1 :00 pm -7:00 pm
October 20, 2014 The Livingsron Centre 10:00 am -4:00 pm
October 23, 2014 Tillsonburg Customer Service Centre 9:00 am -5:00 pm
October 24, 2014 Tillsonburg Customer Service Centre 9:00 am -5:00 pm
2. This by-law shall come into effect upon enactment of Council.
