A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE A LAND LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG AND CHESTERMAN FARM
EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and
expedient to enter into a Land Lease Agreement with Chesterman Farm Equipment
Inc;
AND WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it
necessary to repeal By -Law 4082, authorizing a previous lease agreement with
Chesterman Farm Equipment.
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached
agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg;
3. THAT By -Law 4082, To Authorize a Land Lease Agreement with Chesterman
Farm Equipment duly passed on March 2, 2017 is hereby repealed.
THAT This By -Law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final passing
hereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 24TH Day of April, 2017.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 24th day of April, 2017.
