NOTICE OF NO APPEAL OF A ZONING BY-LAW
PASSED BY
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG
WHEREAS By-Law No. 4035 having been passed by the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg on
the 12th day of September, 2016, under Section 34(21) and (30) of the Planning Act, 1990, Chapter P. 13, and the required notice having been given.
TAKE NOTICE that as no appeal was filed under Subsection (19) of The Planning Act, 1990, within the time allowed for appeal, By-Law No. 4035 shall be deemed to have come into force
on the day it was passed.
