BY-LAW 2021-064
A BY-LAW to repeal designating By-Law 3852 being a by-law to designate a
property as being of historic and/or architectural value or interest -Rolph Street
Public School.
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg consented to an application under
Section 32 of the Ontario Heritage Act to repeal By-Law 3852 (83 Rolph Street, Rolph
Street Public School);
AND WHEREAS notice of the intention to repeal By-Law 3852 was served on the
owner, the Ontario Heritage Trust, and published in a newspaper having a general
circulation in the municipality;
AND WHEREAS no appeal was filed with the Clerk w ithin the prescribed period against
the repeal of By-Law 3852 ;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That By-Law 3852 is hereby repealed .
2. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
