A BY-LAW to enter into an airport hangar land lease agreement with 1467246
Ontario Inc and to repeal By-Law 337 4.

WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an
airport hangar land lease agreement with 1467246 Ontario Inc for Taxiway G2-6 at the
Tillsonburg Regional Airport.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That the lease agreement attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. That the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached lease
agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
3. That By-Law 3374 are hereby repealed in its entirety .
4. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
