BY-LAW 2022-027
A by-law to enter into an airport hanger land lease with Civilogistics for Taxiway
G1 Lot 6, Hanger G2-9.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an
airport hanger lease agreement with Civilogistics for Taxiway G1 Lot 6, Hanger G2-9 at
the Tillsonburg Airport;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That the land lease agreement attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. The Mayor and the Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the attached lease
agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
3. That by-law 2021-065 be repealed in its entirety;
4. And that this � aw shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
