Seconded by Councillor Lamb AND RESOLVED THAT the 2010 Asset Management Plan
be adopted, as amended to not include Fleet, in the amount of $1,088,747.

Seconded by Councillor Lamb AND RESOLVED THAT the 2010 Asset Management Plan
be amended to include Fleet Items in the amount of $410,220.

The CAO noted the expectation is that immediately the tender will be released for the
road work, as it is at risk in terms of annual asphalt paving. With respect to the other
items, every area owner would proceed, and if there is a variance higher, it would come
back to Council for further consideration and approval. With respect to Fleet, they will be
dealt with on an individual basis.
Councillor Stephenson requested a report on the 4 vehicles, in terms of payback, etc.
Mayor Molnar suggested a report be prepared for the May 12, 2010 Council Meeting, that
reviews and comes back with a recommendation regarding the 4 outstanding items on the
2010 plan. The CAO responded that staff could do that based on the large hybrid pick-up
truck, but with the small unit, we do not have history of activity.

Moved by Deputy Mayor Renaud THAT Council adopt Items 2, 3 and 4, and leave Item 1
until further report.
There was no seconder.
Councillor Stephenson noted that he would like to see Glendale Drive added, as it needs
repair and has no sidewalk.

and asks staff to respond with a subsequent report at the August 9, 2010, with a list of
