forward for Council consideration.

be read a first and second time and be referred to Committee of the Whole for further
consideration and this constitutes the first and second reading thereof.

Council be given third and final reading and the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to

and final reading and the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign the same and

Seconded by: Councillor Beres RESOLVED THAT By -Law 3447 to appoint a Joint Compliance
Audit Committee be given third and final reading and the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby
authorized to sign the same and place the Corporate Seal thereunto.

By -Law 3450 to authorize the sale of certain lands on Lincoln Street will be deferred for third
reading to the Council meeting of Monday Sept 13, 2010 and the by-law shall be amended to
reflect the correct name on the purchaser.
