BY-LAW 2023-027
A BY-LAW to authorize an agreement with Mr. Don Huras of Northlands
Adventure Properties Inc. for the provision of consulting services as the
Tillsonburg Regional Airport Interim Management Firm.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into an
agreement with Mr. Don Huras of Northlands Adventure Properties Inc. for the provision
of consulting services as the Tillsonburg Regional Airport Interim Management Firm.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That the agreement attached hereto as Schedule A forms part of this By-Law;
2. That the Director of Operations and Development and the Chief Administrative
Officer be hereby authorized to execute the agreement attached hereto as
Schedule A on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg;
3. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
