BY-LAW NO. 3168
A BY-LAW to open up and establish part of Bayham Drive.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to open up and establish part of Bayham
Drive being Part 4 on Reference Plan 41R-3536.
AND WHEREAS the effect of this by-law will not deprive any person of means of ingress
and egress to and from his lands.
AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 31 (1)of The Municipal Act, 2001 S.O. 2001, Chapter 25,
this Corporation is empowered to open road allowances.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg as
follows:
1. THAT Part 1 on Reference Plan 41R-3536 is hereby dedicated and established as part
of Bayham Drive.
2. THIS by-law shall take effect on registration hereof in the Registry Division for
the County of Oxford (No. 41) .
4. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary documents
to implement such road opening and closing.
