BY-LAW NO. 3202
A BY-LAW to close part of Lyndale Road, Part of Allen Street and Part of Belmont
Avenue.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to close part of Lyndale Road, Plan 41M-
147 being Part 1 on Reference Plan 41R-7693.
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to close part of Allen Street, Plan
41M-147 being Part 2 on Reference Plan 41R-7693.
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to close part of Belmont Avenue, Plan
41M-147 being Part 3 on Reference Plan 41R-7693 in the Town of Tillsonburg.
AND WHEREAS the effect of this by-law will. not deprive any person of means of ingress
and egress to and from his/her lands.
AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 34 (1) of The Municipal Act, 2001 S.O. 2001, Chapter
25, this Corporation is empowered to close road allowances.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg as
follows:
1 . THAT the Part of Lyndale Road, Plan 41M-147 being Part 1 on Reference Plan 41R-
7693 is hereby closed.
2. THAT the Part of Allen Street being, Plan 41M-147 Part 2 on Reference Plan 41R-
7693 is hereby closed.
3. THAT the Part of Belmont Avenue, Plan 41M-147 being Part 3 on Reference Plan 418-
7693 is hereby closed.
4. THIS by-law shall take effect on registration hereof in the Registry Division for
the County of Oxford (No. 41) .
5. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary documents
to implement such road opening and closing.
