BY-LAW NUMBER
A By -Law to amend Zoning By -Law Number 1994, as amended.
WHEREAS, Section 36(1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, provides power to
remove the Folding Symbol (H) by amendment to the by-law originally imposing it;
AND WHEREAS, the County of Oxford and the Town of Tillsonburg are satisfied
that adequate sanitary and water services are available to service the development and
that appropriate financial arrangements to provide for such service are incorporated into
the subdivision agreement;
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg, enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, is hereby amended
by removing the (H) symbol from the lands so designated on Schedule "A"
attached hereto.
2. This By -Law shall come into force and take effect on the day of the final
passing thereof.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of By -Law Number 32.! `b is to remove the Holding Symbol (H) on
lands located at Part of Lot 7, Concession 12 (former Dereham), in the Town of Tillsonburg,
from `Residential First Density (R1 H)' to `Residential First Density (R1)'. The amendment
would allow for the development of a portion of a residential subdivision 32T-05004,
consisting of 38 lots for single detached dwellings. The subject is owned by Permterra
Development: Corporation.
The County of Oxford and the Town of Tillsonburg are satisfied that adequate
sanitary and water services are available to service the development and that appropriate
financial arrangements to provide for such service are incorporated into the subdivision
agreement;
