A By -Law to adopt a new comprehensive zoning by-law, which would govEI.rn
land use and development within the municipality.
All lands within the municipal boundary of the Town of Tillsonburg are affected
by this application.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg
deems it advisable to adopt a new comprehensive zoning by-law, which would gclvern
land use and development within the municipality.
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg, enacts as follows:
1. That all lands within the municipal boundary of the Town of Tillsonburg Eind as
described within Schedule "A" to By -Law Number 3295 are hereby subject: to By -
Law 3295 thereto.
2. That Zoning By -Law Number 1994 and subsequent amendments thereto are hereby
repealed.
3. This By -Law comes into force in accordance with Sections 34(21) and (30) of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of By -Law Number 3295 is to adopt a new comprehensive zoning key -law,
which would govern land use and development within the municipality. All lands within the
municipal boundary of the Town of Tillsonburg are affected by this By -Law.
The Municipal Council, after conducting the public hearing necessary to consider any
comments to the proposed changes in zone designation, approved By -Law Number 3295.
The public meeting was held on September 10, 2007.
