3352 To provide for the acquisition of: Part Lot 2, Concession 5, North of Talbot Road, in the Town of Tillsonburg, (formerly in the Geographic Township of Middleton, County of Norfolk), in the County of Oxford, being approximately 0.79 hectaresBY --LAW # 3352 of THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG A BY-LAW to provide for the acquisition of- Part fPart Lot 21, Concession 5, North of Talbot Road, in the Town of Tillsonburg, (formerly in the Geographic Township of Middleton, County of Norfolk), in the County of Oxford, being approximately 0.79 hectares and being all of PIN 00038-0022. WHEREAS pursuant to Section #9 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, C. 25, a municipality has the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for the purpose of exercising its authority under this or any other Act; WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg requires the conveyance of certain lands for general municipal purposes; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg acquire from Brian Richard GRAYDON, all and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being: Part Lot 2, Concession 5, North of Talbot Road, in the Town of Tillsonburg, (formerly in the Geographic Township of Middleton, County of Norfolk), in the County of Oxford, being approximately 0.79 hectares and being all of PIN 00038-0022, for a purchase price of THREE HUNDRED & SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND (`.367,000.00) DOLLARS. 2. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to perform all acts and to take such steps and execute such documents under the seal of the Corporation as may be necessary to effect such acquisition. 3.
