BY -LA W NO. 3455
A BY-LAW to Repeal By -Law 3400, being a by-law to amend By -Law 2997, to
regulate traffic and the parking of motor vehicles in the Town of Tillsonburg.
WHERAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg on January 25,
2010, passed By -Law 3400 to amend By -Law 2997.
AND WHEREAS THE Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems
it expedient and necessary to repeal By -Law 3400.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg that By -Law 3400 passed on January 25, 2010 be hereby repealed.
