A BY-LAW to enter into an amendment to the Lease Agreement with Trillium Solar Inc.
WHEREAS Trillium Solar Inc. assigned said Lease to 2225619 Ontario Inc. on
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an Amendment Lease
Agreement with 2225619 Ontario Inc. regarding the lease of the lands identified in the
Lease dated November 27, 2009.
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Amending Lease Agreement attached hereto as Schedule A forms part of
this by-law;
2. THAT the Lease Assignment dated attached hereto as Schedule B forms part of this
by-law;
3. THAT the original Lease dated November 27, 2009 attached hereto as Schedule C
forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached
agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 27th DAY OF June, 2011.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS llth DAY OF July, 2011.
