BY-LAW NO. 3664
A BY-LAW to Repeal By-Law 3483, being a by-law to enter into an agreement with INS
Consulting for the Town's Fibre Optic Initiative.
AND WHERAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg on March 28,
2011, passed By-Law 3483.
AND WHEREAS THE Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it
expedient and necessary to repeal By-Law 3483.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg that By-Law 3483 passed on March 28, 2011 be hereby repealed.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 24th DAY OF October, 2012.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 24th DAY OF October, 2012.
