A BY-LAW to adopt a Schedule ofF ees for certain Municipal applications, service and permits.
WHEREAS Section 391 (I) ofthe Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c. M.25, as amended, provides that
without limiting sections 9, 10 and 11, those sections authorize amunicipality to impose fees or charges
on persons, for services or activities provided or done by or on behalf ofit, for costs payable by it for
services or activities provided or done by or on behalf of any other municipality or any local board; and
for the use of its property including property under its control;
WHEREAS it is necessary and expedientto establish a Schedule ofFees for certain Municipal
applications, services and permits;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town ofTillsonburg enacts as follows:
I. That Schedule "A" to this By-Law is adopted as the Schedule ofFees for certain Municipal
applications services and permits listed therein.
2. Should the provisions of any other By-Law ofthe Town ofTillsonburg or other document
purporting to setthe Fees listed in Schedule "A" be in conflict with the provisions of this By-
Law, the provisions ofthis By-Law shall prevail.
3. That Schedule "A" to this by-law forms part of this by-law as if written herein.
4. This By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of its passing.
5. ThatBy-Law3791passed onthe2i11 cfMindl, 2014, shall be hereby repealed.
