3896 To amend By-Law 3639 to define Municipal Trust Funds and to appoint Trustees to those Trusts Established by the Town of TillsonburgTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NO. 3896 A BY-LAW to amend By-Law 3639, being a by-law to define Municipal Trust Funds and to appoint Trustees to those Trusts Established By The Corporation of The Town of Tillsonburg. WHERAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to amend By-Law 3639. BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg as follows: I. THAT Schedule A of By-Law 3639-Trust & Appointments-be replaced as attached. 2. THAT these amendments to By-Law 3639 are hereby declared to be part of that By-Law as if written therein. 3. THAT this By-Law be passed and shall become effective upon enactment. Read a first and second time this 13th day of April, 2015.
