A BY -LAW to Authorize a Consulting Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg and IMS Infrastructure Management Services of Cambridge, Ontario.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into a consulting
agreement with the IMS Infrastructure Management Services of Cambridge, Ontario, for the
provision of road condition assessments for the entire municipal road network;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town ofTillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Consulting Agreement attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement on behalf
of the Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg.
This by-law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final passing hereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 11th DAY OF MAY, 2015.
