BY-LAW NO. 3941
A BY-LAW to amend By-Law 3923 to enter into an Airport Hanger Land Lease Agreement
with Jeff Miller.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg entered into an Airport Hanger Land
Lease Agreement with Jeff Miller on June 22, 2015 for the construction of a 4,096 square foot
hanger at the Tillsonburg Regional Airport;
AND WHEREAS the Parties wish to amend certain provisions of the Agreement to allow for
an increase of 384 feet in the area being leased for the construction of a new hangar, as set
forth in this amending agreement;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an
amending Airport Hanger Land Lease Agreement with Jeff Miller;
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the amending lease agreement attached hereto as Schedule B forms part of this By-
Law;
2. That the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached amending lease
agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg;
3. This By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
