A BY-LAW to enter into an Airport Hanger Land Lease Agreement with Mark Kniss.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an
Airport Hanger Land Lease Agreement with Mark Kniss for the construction of a 4,800
square foot hanger at the Tillson burg Regional Airport.
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF TILLSON BURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Lease Agreement attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached
Lease Agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
3. This By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
