BY-LAW NUMBER 3981
A BY-LAW to amend By-Law 3701, being a by-law to regulate traffic and the parking of motor
vehicles in the Town of Tillson burg.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to amend
By-Law 3701.
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule 9 to Bylaw 3701, Section 23 (1) "Entering Highway"-Stop Signs on Specified
Streets be amended with the addition of the following:
COLUMN 1 COLUMN 2
INTERSECTION FACING TRAFFIC
North St. West at Quarter Town Line Road Eastbound & Westbound on North St. West
2. THAT these amendments to By-Law 3701 are hereby declared to be part of that By-Law as if written
therein.
3. THAT this By-Law be passed pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act, and shall become effective upon
enactment.
