A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE AN AMENDING AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION
OF POLICE SERVICES BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
TILLSONBURG AND HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO AND THE
MINISTER OF COMMUNITY SAFETY AND CORRECTIONAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg deems it necessary and
expedient to enter into an Amending Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right
of Ontario and The Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Amending Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of
this By-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached
Amending Agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of
the Town of Tillsonburg.
This By-Law shall come into full force and take effect immediately after the final passing
hereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 26th day of February, 2012.
