WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into a service agreement with Bell Mobility Inc.; THEREFORE the Council of the Town ofTillsonburg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this by-law; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf ofthe Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg. This by-law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final passing hereof. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 14"' DAY OF JANUARY, 2013.
