3681 To enter into an agreement with Her Majesty The Queen In Right Of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services (2)THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 3681 A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Her Majesty The Queen In Right Of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services; WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into this agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services for the provision of Police Services under Section 10 of The Police Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.15; THEREFORE the Council of the Town ofTillsonburg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this by-law; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
