3679 To authorize an agreement of easement between the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and Packet - Tel Corporation (2)THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TIUSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 3679 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE AN AGREEMENT OF EASEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG AND PACKET-TEL CORPORATION. WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into an agreement of easement with Packet-Tel Corporation for 20 Clearview Drive. THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this by-law; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg. This by-law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final passing hereof.
