4071 To Enter into an Airport Hanger Land Lease Agreement with Jeffrey WilkinsTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 4071 A BY-LAW to enter into an Airport Hanger Land Lease Agreement with Jeffrey Wilkins. WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an Airport Hanger Land Lease Agreement with Jeffrey Wilkins. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Lease Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this by-law; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached Lease Agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg. 3. This By-law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 09th DAY of January, 2017.
