4032 To authorize an agreement between the Town of Tillsonburg & Woodstock & Area Community Health CentreTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF lll.LSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 4032 A BY-LAW to authorize an agreement between the Corporation ofthe Town of Tillsonburg and Woodstock and Area Community Health Centre. WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into an agreement with Woodstock and Area Community Health Centre. THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-law between the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and Woodstock and Area Community Health Centre is hereby approved; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg. This By-law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final passing hereof. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 8th DAY OF AUGUST, 2016.
