4052 To authorize an agreement between the Town and Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food & Rural Affairs (OMAFRA)THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 4052 A BY-LAW to authorize an Agreement between The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Ontario, as represented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) (the "Ministry"). WHEREAS The Town of Tillson burg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into a New Building Canada Fund -Small Communities Fund Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillson burg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this by-law; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk, be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg.
