4058 To authorize and agreement between the Town and 2407774 Ontario Limited/ THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 4058 A BY-LAW to authorize an agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and 2407774 Ontario Limited. WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into an agreement with 2407774 Ontario Limited. THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillson burg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-law between the Corporation ofthe Town of Tillsonburg and 2407774 Ontario Limited is hereby approved; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg. This By-law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final passing hereof. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 22"d DAY of November, 2016.
