4067 To authorize an agreement between the Corporation of the Town Tillsonburg and the Rotary Club of TillsonburgTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 4067 A BY-LAW to authorize an Agreement between The Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg and the Rotary Club of Tillson burg. WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into a Agreement with the Rotary Club of Tillson burg with respect to the Clock Tower built by the Rotary Club on Town-owned lands at the corner of Bridge Street and Broadway; THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this by-law; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk, be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
