OPP contract Policing - Tillsonburg Inspector Clark presented the December 2015contract statistics and memorandum which reported members of the OPP attended
485 calls for service with an 87% clearance rate. In comparison

Members of the OPP attended 573calls for service with an 89.3%
clearance rate in 2014. The most serious of these calls were 2 break & enter and 11 random acts of mischief.

Inspector Clark presented the High School Resource Officer Month End Report for December 2015
Proactive Duties
• Patrolling the interior and exterior Glendale Schools as
well as surrounding neighbourhood
• Engaged with staff, parents and students regarding
youth issues
Reactive Duties
• Involved in 7 calls for service this month
• 2 incidents where students were involved in consensual
fights. All students were charged with causing a
disturbance by fighting
• 2 incidents where youths fought or were about to fight
consensually. First time offenders. Parents were called
and youths were warned
• Assisted Town officers with a standby keep the peace in
Tillsonburg
• Investigated Threats complaint at Annandale. Victim’s
parents reported to Police but victim would not provide
a statement. School Administration was made aware
and involved with both youth
• Investigated 1 minor mischief involving a youth
throwing a sponge puck at a staff member’s car as they
drove by. Youth apologized to staff who was the
student’s psychologist. Vice Principal involved in
discipline

Mount Elgin. Assisted Inspector Clark in delivering
