On motion made by John Smith, seconded by David Palmer, and carried, the Agenda was approved. 5 Approval of Previous Minutes The Minutes of a meeting of the Board held on May 18, 2016 were presented to the Board for approval. On motion made by Mayor Molnar, seconded by David Palmer and carried the Minutes of the meeting held on May 18, 2016 were approved. 6 Issues Arising from previous minutes None 7 8 9 10 Presentations/Delegations Correspondence Financial April Detachment Commander Reports  OPP contract Policing - Tillsonburg Inspector Hymers presented the May 2016 contract statistics and memorandum which reported members of the OPP attended 516 calls for service with an 85.1% clearance rate. In comparison None None None 2 AGENDA ITEM DISCUSSION OUTCOME/ACTION 10con’t Members of the OPP attended 685 calls for service with an 88.2% clearance rate in 2015. The most serious of these calls were 3 break & enter and 5 random acts of mischief. Foot Patrol Hours: • 83  Inspector Hymers presented the Tickets Written in Tillsonburg for the months of May 2016 report: • Speeding, 17 • Fail to Stop, 4 • Plate/Permit/Insurance, 30 • Trespass/Intox in Public, 8 • Careless, 3 • Seatbelt, 9 • Hand Held Device, 5 • Fail to Yield / Improper turn, 2 • Other, 5 • Total for May, 81  Inspector Hymers presented the High School Resource Officer Month End Report for May 2016 Proactive Duties • Patrolled interior, exterior, when time allowed • Foot Patrol Downtown Tillsonburg and Norwich. • Engaged in conversations with parents, youth and staff regarding youth issues, seeking advice on various topics of bullying, social media issues, family and friend problems and legal questions. • Attended Western Region Headquarters for Road to Mental Readiness training Reactive Duties • 2 calls for service for Glendale, Fail to Comply and Child Pornography; No charges, only warnings with parental involvement • 1 call for service at Annandale; Unfounded sexual assault that did not occur at the school • Investigated 3 calls for service for the town of Tillsonburg • Assisted Norwich officers with animal complaint in Otterville • The remaining 16 calls for service involved Crime Stoppers management 3 AGENDA ITEM DISCUSSION OUTCOME/ACTION 10con’t Presentations / Meetings: • Attended Glendale Wellness Fair • Attended Student Success Conference in London • Participated in KISS campaign at Glendale for Oxford Injury Prevention Team  Inspector Hymers presented the Drug Enforcement Unit Statistics for May 2016.  Crime Stoppers of Oxford Inc. Turrill to scan application to D. Palmer  Auxiliary BBQ Wednesday June 15 at 7:00pm  Auction June 23, 2016  Parking on Poplar Update given by Const. S.
