OPP contract Policing - Tillsonburg S/S Fashing presented the August 2016 contract statistics and memorandum which reported members of the OPP attended 453
calls for service with an 86.6% clearance rate. In comparison

Members of the OPP attended 638 calls for service with an
88.1% clearance rate in 2015. The most serious of these calls were 3 break & enter and 4 random acts of mischief.

• Remaining calls for service were for other townships 3

EZT – public making enquiries

• 5 tickets issued including 3 parking tickets for the Town
of Tillsonburg
• Completed assigned Auxiliary Background Investigation

the first week of November
Sidewalk safety/Westfield No Parking Signs – Town of
Tillsonburg to review Quarter Line in 2017 - Sidewalk safety – draft for paper to include by-laws
regarding bikes etc.
High School Bursary recipient – Michael Ram
OAPSB Rewrite Survey – unable to print survey.
L. Scanlan will send the survey to members
Shared court security funding model – WPS provide security. Now asking for assistance
OPP & Fire Parking Lot – by-law needs to be in place in order for signs to be put up
