The Minutes of a meeting of the Board held on January 20, 2016 were presented to the Board for approval.

Inspector Hymers presented the March 2016 contract statistics and memorandum which reported members of the OPP attended 486 calls for service with an 84.3% clearance rate. In comparison

Members of the OPP attended 629 calls for service with a 90.2%
clearance rate in 2015. The most serious of these calls were 1 break & enter and 7 random acts of mischief.

Inspector Hymers presented the High School Resource Officer Month End Report for March 2016
Proactive Duties
• Patrolling the interior and exterior Glendale Schools as
well as surrounding neighbourhood & gullies.
Downtown Tillsonburg, Ingersoll & Norwich
• Engaged with staff, parents and students regarding
youth issues
Reactive Duties
• Involved in 9 calls for service this month
• Assisted frontline officers with a standby keep the peace
in Tillsonburg
• Investigated assault at Glendale
• Investigated trouble with youth hanging out across from
the high school looking suspicious and trespassing
• Investigated a PD Motor vehicle collision in Tillsonburg
• Theft of trailer plate report from Norwich Twp.
