We are pleased to now submit our reporting letter in relation to your purchase of the above
property.
TRANSFER AGREEMENT FOR FORFEITED CORPORATE PROPERTY
This transaction was completed in accordance with the Transfer Agreement executed by you
and the vendor. The sale price was $2.00 and in addition, the Crown expenses, payable by
the Purchaser, were $3,150.00, these amounts equalling $3,152.00 were payable by certified
cheque on closing subject to adjustments.
The transaction was completed on January 26, 2018.
STATEMENT OF ADJUSTMENTS
The Statement of Adjustments sets out closing adjustments between you and the purchaser,
calculated as at January 25, 2018.
The Statement reflects a credit to the vendor in the amount of $2.00, being the sale price of
the property, and a credit to the vendor for the amount of $3,150.00, being the Crown
expenses.

BALANCE DUE ON CLOSING
After accounting for the foregoing adjustments, you were required to pay the balance due on
closing in the amount of $3,152.00.
For details as to the disbursement of funds received by our office, please refer to our Trust
Ledger Statement which is enclosed.
