3988 ATT13 - Statutory Delcaration 2STATUTORY DECLARATION Province of Ontario To Wit: i IN THE MATTER OF title to Lot 74, Plan 41M137, Town of Tillsonburg, Oxford County, being the whole of PIN 00026-0755 (LT) (the "Property") AND IN THE MATTER of the sale of the Property from Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure (the Vendor") to The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg (the "Purchaser") pursuant to an Agreement of Purchase and Sale accepted December 15, 2017, as may be amended from time to time I, Nick Munaretto, am an authorized signing officer for Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation acting as an agent on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure, and DO SOLEMNLY DECLARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Vendor is not now, and will not be, on the date of completion of the sale in regard to which this Declaration has been made, a non-resident of Canada within the meaning of Section 116 of the Income Tax Act of Canada. 2. The Property has not been used as a family home by any of the officers, directors or shareholders of the Vendor or its successors and assigns throughout its ownership of the Property. AND I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously believing it to be true, and knowing that it is of the same force and effect as if made under oath and by virtue ofthe Canada Evidence Act.
